This program is designed for those who have access to a fully outfitted gym or an advanced home gym set-up. This program includes the use of barbells and plates, dumbbells, cable machines, lifting machines (hammer strength and/or cybex), and benches. (Some modifications provided if you don't have access to a gym). I created this program with the sole purpose of helping you stay motivated and consistent with your workout routine while still enjoying it!
If you know me, you know I am all about progressive overload training. So that's what this program is focused on as well. We are building muscle and toning that body!
This is an 8 week program with 5 workouts per week (1 is optional). Workouts will last from 45-60 minutes.
