8 WEEKS | 4 DAYS A WEEK
This program is designed for those who have access to a fully outfitted gym or an advanced home gym set-up. This program includes the use of barbells and plates, dumbbells, cable machines, lifting machines (hammer strength and/or cybex), and benches. I created this program with the sole purpose of helping you stay motivated and consistent with your workout routine while still enjoying it! We are focusing on progressive overload with 2 lower body days and 2 upper body days totaling 4 workouts per week. The workouts can range from 45-75 minutes. I also included sheets at the end if you want to record the weights you lifted.
This program does not include videos with each exercise. If you're looking for videos, I would suggest purchasing Program 2!
