Hello!

I am Lizzy Feist! I was born and raised in Yakima, WA and love it here. I married my high school sweetheart, Nic, in 2019 and we have the sweetest little pup (pictured below), Saylor.

I've always been active and enjoyed participating in sports but it wasn't until a few years ago that I actually found something I LOVED. And that's weightlifting and going to the gym. Three years ago when I first started going to the gym regularly, I never would've thought I would be a personal trainer. If it wasn't for my family and close friends who saw something in me that I didn't, I wouldn't be here today. I would receive messages on my Instagram weekly saying "When are you going to release a program??" or "Can you help me with this exercise?" And after about the 100th time of Nic telling me I should pursue this, I finally listened and haven't looked back since.

All in all, I am so so so excited to be on this journey and meet so many people through training. I hope you reach out and we get to work together to build your dream body!
