1:1 Personal Training
The 1 on 1 coaching experience is available to anyone, anywhere, as it is all online! I will be guiding you through a personalized program that is specifically built for you to reach your goals. This is ideal for those who have access to a gym or an at-home gym set up.
PLEASE NOTE: THE APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED AND APPROVED BEFORE YOUR 1:1 COACHING BEGINS. ONCE YOUR APPLICATION IS APPROVED, I WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU ASAP TO DISCUSS COACHING.

What is included in 1:1 Coaching
- 4-5 workouts a week tailored to your needs and preferences in the gym.
- Weekly Check-Ins with me over Facetime/phone or email
- Access to an app that holds all of your stats, progress, and workouts
- Assistance and support via text/email when needed
- A friend and life-long supporter! <3
What is expected of you
- Willing to try something new
- Stay in communication with me as much as possible and make sure you are able to complete your weekly check-in with me.
- Try your very best to complete the workouts given to you. Remember, I can give you all of the tools to be successful, but YOU have to be the one to put in the work to see the results.
- Don't expect a quick-fix. We are looking for long-term sustainable changes!
